Stakeholder Communication

Ming Chi University of Technology has established a diversified communication mechanism to understand the expectations and concerns of stakeholders, serving as a driving force for improvement and enhancement. We utilize the AA1000 SES:2015 (Account Ability 1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard:2015) standard as a quantitative approach, evaluating the impact of stakeholders on Ming Chi University based on five principles: Dependence, Accountability, Influence, Diversity of Perspectives, and Tension. Through this assessment, various unit members collaboratively identified seven major stakeholder groups, namely students, faculty and staff, parents, alumni, internship organizations, suppliers, and the community.
