To continue promoting energy conservation and carbon reduction efforts on campus, the school has been granted subsidies by the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Energy Bureau to serve as a demonstration and guidance unit for ISO 50001 Energy Management System and Carbon Inventory for the 113th fiscal year. The school has commissioned Huanjing Technology Company to assist in establishing the necessary systems and processes. Starting today, educational training will be conducted, covering topics such as the implementation procedures of ISO 50001 Energy Management System, understanding energy efficiency, system documentation establishment, and internal audits. By sending representatives from various units to participate in the training, we aim to collectively assist the school in promoting campus energy conservation efforts and strive to achieve external certification.

In recent years, global warming and climate change have become important focal points in the field of sustainable development. There is widespread recognition internationally of the urgency to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, decrease the use of fossil fuels, promote energy-efficient equipment, and develop renewable energy sources to mitigate climate change. The development of the ISO 50001 Energy Management System is particularly crucial in this context.
