According to the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Risks Report, failures in climate action and extreme weather events have been among the top three global risks in recent years. As climate urgency intensifies, net-zero transformation has become the central issue in global corporate sustainability.

The Sustainable Talent Trends Forum aims to bring together various stakeholders to explore and promote talent development and trends in sustainability.
