Our university has been honored with the "Green Procurement Excellence Award" for five consecutive years, showcasing our steadfast commitment to environmental sustainability and outstanding performance. Each year, the New Taipei City Government commends businesses and organizations that excel in environmental protection and sustainable development. Today, at the "2023 Joint Commendation Ceremony for Green Consumption and Outstanding Environmental Volunteers" held by the New Taipei City Government, our university, represented by Vice President of General Affairs Mr. Meng Kuei, received public recognition and was awarded the "Green Procurement Excellence Award."

This recognition underscores the university's long-term dedication to sustainable development and environmental protection. In our procurement practices, we not only strive to reduce carbon footprints but also prioritize the selection of domestically certified eco-friendly products, including those with environmental labels, energy-saving labels, water-saving labels, green building materials labels, carbon footprint labels, and carbon reduction labels. The cumulative amount of green procurement in the year 2023 has exceeded NT$10 million, demonstrating significant achievements in promoting green procurement practices, fulfilling our commitment to social responsibility, and moving towards a clean and sustainable living environment—a true embodiment of a green campus.
